Who wants these marshmallows?

As per a test conducted several years ago, a set of students were given ONE marshmallow EACH & they were locked in a room.

Individually.

Meaning only one student in one room with one marshmallow.

They were told that if you won’t eat this marshmallow for 15 minutes, the person will come back & add another marshmallow.

So now they will have TWO Marshmallows (provided they don’t eat the first one within 15 minutes).

Some of the students ate & didn’t wait for the 2nd. While some waited & enjoyed the 2nd marshmallow.

Years down the line it was found that the students who were able to resist themself & had the patience to wait for the “bigger reward” (second marshmallow) became more successful in life.

It does tell you a lot about life & Entrepreneurship. Right?

People get scammed because they fall for “get rich quick” schemes. They don’t have the “patience” to work hard & wait for the bigger rewards..

Entrepreneurship never gives you instant results.

Even in my programs, I have seen some people asking for a refund within just 2–4 days. Saying that they are not able to understand.

The reality is that I ask them to work hard & show them the direction. While they joined with the idea that I am gonna give them a secret magic trick (that does not exist).

Patience & the ability to work hard will help you win in life, my dear friend. Nothing else!!
