This One Mistake Will Kill Your Business Scalability

How do you plan to scale your work?

By thinking about it in a very linear way. Let me tell you what do I mean by that. A big mistake that people do is that they keep chasing a Shiny object. See everything works.

If you see somebody doing well in E-Commerce, and then you are attracted to it…

… And then you see somebody doing well in software and then again you are attracted to it and change your path…

… And then again you see someone doing well in coaching, and now you are attracted to that, you are always going to be chasing that Shiny object.

You will always be mediocre and won’t be able to become that good at anything because you have chosen that field by getting attracted while looking at somebody.

So the way I plan to scale my work is that I know what I have to do and what are my responsibilities. I have this idea that the number one thing that people pay for is not just a product or a service but providing good customer service.

There are good customers in the market we are ready to pay the price for anything and everything. But only if you are able to get give them a good service. So my way of scaling is coming up with a brilliant product In the market, something that people need, something that people are looking for.

And on top of that, providing them with an awesome level of customer service where people become an absolute fan of yours. These are 2 things and then grow exponentially in a linear way.

What I mean by that is for example right now I am into softwares. But if tomorrow I see someone from a different industry doing well. I won’t make the switch into that field. I would stick to my existing business model and would think about what more could be done.

For example, currently, I am talking about FlexiFunnels. So let’s say that in the future we may have an option like “FlexiFunnels Marketplace” in which landing page templates will be sold. And, we would take a percentage commission for every single template.

So it will be an internal Marketplace and this is how you need to think that how you can generate more revenue out of the same product.

This is called a linear way in which you are not going in any other direction. But how to create more revenue from your already existing business and customer base. While ensuring that you are still giving good customer service.

So there are a lot of things that I have been already planning. You can say the next 5 year’s journey for FlexiFunnels has already been planned. Just that we have not revealed it. Nor we are going to reveal it. It’s a funnel builder as of now.

But there are a lot of things that have been planned that you are going to see and are going to come into the ecosystem one by one. All of it will start as Flexifunnels being the base. From there you can think from the perspective of customer value and service value, both.
