I wanna legally challenge the statement that the above-mentioned tool is "better" than FlexiFunnels.

I am sure if you are claiming that, you must be having valid reasons for the same.

I want to challenge those.

As per your statement, you are saying FlexiFunnels does 15 things & the other tool does 52, hence it becomes better.

It's like a general doctor who cures 50 types of diseases is better than a heart surgeon because they only cure 1 thing.

Does that make sense?

We are a specialized funnel builder. And we are great at that.

"Better" is a comparative term. So the base of our conversation would be you need to prove that all the things that we do, the other tool is "better" in them.

That's how the real meaning of "better" would be justified.
